The Customer Care staff at Alpin Haus works hard to ensure your shopping experience is completely satisfying and enjoyable. While we are proud to offer a tremendous selection of genuine, ski/snowboard products and accessories, our number one concern is offering superior customer service. Alpin Haus Customer Care is here to assist you during and after your shopping experience.
All of the products showcased throughout Alpin Haus are 100% original brand names. With this kind product quality, Alpin Haus will accept return requests for most unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase. You can request a return by sending an email to us. Please make your selections carefully.
Open or used items are not eligible for return or refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Customers are welcome to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by email sent to us. Please include your name, original order number, and reason for returning the unopened and unused merchandise your RMA request.
Once your request has been approved, you will be supplied with all instructions for returning your product. Please follow the instructions carefully as Alpin Haus will not accept returns without an approved RMA number.
Your RMA must be received within 30 days in unopened condition with all original packaging.
Used products cannot be returned unless defective. Once the RMA has been received and processed, we will issue a refund less shipping, and restocking (if applicable). You are responsible for shipping fees to return your purchase. We strongly recommend insuring/tracking returns, as we cannot replace lost shipments.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS
Occasionally, shipping errors occur and products are damaged or mis-shipped. If you have received a damaged item, or an incorrect item, notify us via email within three days. Include your name, original order number and product information for the item you received. Without this information, your return approval will be delayed. Once the information is reviewed, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Alpin Haus will waive the restocking fee for order processing mistakes.
When the RMA is received, your refund will include both the original shipping costs and the cost of GROUND return shipping. Alpin Haus is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Orders that are returned to Alpin Haus refused, unclaimed or undeliverable will be subject to restocking, shipping and return shipping fees.
Orders that qualify for free shipping but are returned as undelivered or unclaimed packages will be subjected to restocking, shipping and reshipping fees.
